Olives of Peranzana variety picked at the beginning of the ripeness and then preserved in brine. Small but with consistent and rich flesh beneath the thin skin. Slightly bitter and very tasty, they are ideal as an aperitif but also as an ingredient of many different dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
These olives as all our products are prepared without the use of colorants. The brine is just water and sea salt. Our olives are handpicked at the right ripeness to not get any bruises or bumps, which are signed of oxidation and bad harvest.
Ingredients: Peranzana Olives (63%), Water, Salt. Lactic acid, ascorbic acid.
Store: Please keep the jar in a dry and cool place, away from lights. After the opening keep the product refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
Ideal as: Cocktail olives, aperitif or as precious ingredient for fish, meat and salads preparation.
