Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtained from the PGI, Protected Geographical Indication, is the result of a skilful mixture of cooked musts and wine vinegar, all aged in oak barrels to give it those flavors that can guarantee the origins of the craftsmanship and native. The result is a fragrant and spicy balsamic vinegar, characterized by a good balsamic acidity, balanced by the sweetness of cooked musts, slightly acetic and complete with woody aftertaste.

It is well suited for use on fresh or cooked vegetables, for marinating meat or fish but also for soups or main courses based on vegetables.
