Terms of Payment
Oilalà products can be directly purchased on our website and paid through Paypal, using the account or by using a credit/prepaid card on the Paypal encrypted circuit, without needing any registration.
During the process of order confirmation, the customer will be informed about the possibility of using two methods of payment, both on Paypal. Account users can proceed to checkout by logging in; credit and pre-paid card owners (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) can use the encryped service by inserting their credit card details.
When you use Paypal (account creation is free), your financial information will not be shared with the receiver of the payment. After the payment, you will receive the transaction receipt on e-mail.
Oilalà Srl does not store any credit card details on its server, because of the Paypal payment procedure, which ensures high security standards.
Terms of delivery
Orders worth EUR 49.00 or more will be delivered free of charge. Orders worth less than EUR 49.00 will be charged a delivery fee of EUR 10.00 and delivered between 1-3 working days
For international deliveries within the EU, orders worth EUR 69.00 or less will be charged a delivery fee of EUR 20.00, orders worth over EUR 69.00 will be charged a delivery fee of EUR 10.00 and a delivery time of 5 working days.
For deliveries to Switzerland the delivery fee is EUR 35.00 if the order is less than EUR 69.00 and EUR 25.00 for orders worth EUR 69.00 or more.
We do not deliver to non European countries.
We deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia , Slovenia, Spain (except the Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary.
Important! It’s not possibile to request a cancellation of orders that already have been dispatched. On cancelled deliveries or uncollected deliveries the company will be retaining any custom duties (this amount cannot be determined in advance)
IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We encourage you to carefully check the delivered goods and to sign with reservation if they are not completely intact. In the event of any damaged goods, please send an email within 5 working days to our customer care center.
